• Direct lending to golf course owners and developers for the acquisition, construction, recapitalization, refinance and expansion of for-profit golf facilities and associated real estate throughout the Continental United States.
• Purchasing single loans or portfolios from banks of all asset sizes which may be seeking to diversify and manage their asset risk or to increase their liquidity through divestiture of golf course loans.
• Working with financial institutions on a cooperative underwriting basis to assist them in financing their clients’ golf related assets.
• Assistance in the handling of defaulted and delinquent loans to golf courses; working with court appointed trustees, attorneys, and accountants to manage impaired loans to golf courses and residential golf community developments.
• Providing special servicing of golf course loans to community and commercial banks, as well as institutional lenders.
